Apartments will have floor areas ranging from 400 sqft to 800 sqft, and residents will be able to enjoy outstanding communal facilities including a gymnasium, communal lounge, shared working space, a landscaped courtyard and a stunning roof garden terrace.

The Exchange is scheduled to completed in Q2 2023 and apartments are exclusively available for sale through Alliance Investments.
