The Alliance team attended the 2020 Insider Residential Property Awards on Thursday 23rd January, and we are delighted to announce that our group picked up the top award of the evening.
The unique and complex nature of each Property Alliance Group scheme won our group the coveted ‘Bespoke and Urban Developer of the Year’ award, fighting off strong competition from other leading developers in the industry.
Furthermore, our iconic flagship residential development, AXIS Manchester, was highly commended in the ‘Apartment Development of the Year (more than 100 homes)’ category – just reward for this unique building which combines innovative engineering with a dazzling approach to glass, light and colour to redefine what’s possible for city centre living in Manchester.
Downtown Manchester, another property in the Alliance portfolio, was also shortlisted for this award. This visually striking development sits on the banks of the River Irwell and has become one of the most in-demand residences in the city.
These awards are a key marker for the property industry, and are held to recognise those individuals and businesses that are excelling across the sector. They are also an opportunity to celebrate the success of all the key players in the North West of England – the UK’s fastest-growing and most exciting region.
